implement sensor plot from SDEC

sensor plot was a wrapper around sensor poll that live plotted sensor data. Right now, sensor poll is broken in the firmware but it should be working in the r3.

imho as this is a user interface and not a core subsystem, recommend implementing using subsets of sensor_dump in SDEC_CLI if at all.
