Add space after commas in completed form displays for checkbox fields

Multiple selections in checkbox fields get rendered in the online form preview and emailed forms with no space after commas. That makes it harder to read. So instead of this:

my first value,my second value,my third value

you would have this:
my first value, my second value, my third value
