BuildVision is not displaying

• Visual Studio Version: 16.0.30413.136
• BuildVision Version: 3.0.1.13
• OS Version: Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.18363.0

Steps to Reproduce:

1. I have installed it in both Visual Studio 2019 and 2019 Preview, it was working for a while
2. It then stopped working. I have not changed any of the default behaviour for this extension

Is this related to #103 ? If yes it should be fixed with 3.0.2 :)

I don't think so....

I'm now running 3.0.2.2 of BuildVision. It's showing as installed and not disabled.

Under Tools > Options I see the following checked:
General

• Display build progress n Windows Taskbar (Reset after mouse click)
• Show indicators panel
• Fill projects list on build begin
• Display messages in VisualStudio Status Bar
• Help improve....

Project Item

• Built assemblies
• Symbols
• Documentation
• Localized resources

Project Grid

• Show header

Tool Window

• State on build begin - Show window
• State on build success - Don't change window state
• State on build error - show window

When I compile my ASP.NET Core 3.1 web api project, I see no visual indication that BuildVision exists. No Build Vision window pops up and I see nothing in the Visual Studio status bar.
