Ability to allow user "Flag" a content #3
Description
Discussion on 8/29.
We will visit the "flag" feature,
need to check the feasibility in the backend and smart contract.
Things need to take considered once we have the "flag" feature:
- when user receive "Flag", a way to reduce the tip they earn (Must to have in near future)
- how many "flag" then we delete/remove the content? (Nice to have)
- should there be a review process after many "flag"? (Nice to have)
