Don't upload if exists

Is there an easy option or flag to apply to tell the job to not upload to S3 if the file already exists?

Currently no unfortunately, but it would be straightforward to add a simple version that checks if the file exists before uploading (it would however require a request to s3). I'll accept a pull request, or I'll look to add this feature at some point.
