Hello,
We are owners of Nautiljon.com.
We noticed that Komf includes a Nautiljon metadata provider. Even if this provider may be disabled by default in the sample configuration, users are enabling it and generating automated requests against our website and they are getting their IP banned and can't access our website.
Nautiljon does not provide a public API and does not authorize automated scraping for metadata fetching, bulk library matching, cover fetching, or integration with third-party media servers.
This is currently causing unwanted traffic, bans, and support messages from users who believe they are simply using an API through Komf/Komga/Kavita. This creates confusion and operational issues for us.
We therefore ask you to remove the Nautiljon provider from Komf and to remove any documentation or code that makes Nautiljon available as a metadata source.
As long as Nautiljon remains available as a metadata provider in Komf, the hundred of IP bans related to this automated traffic will remain in place.
We cannot safely whitelist or unban hundreds of IP addresses while the same tool continues to generate unauthorized automated requests against our website.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards
