Placing mob from bucket location issue

What went wrong?

When I place a mob from a bucket, the mob reappears in the world at the location where he was picked up at.

This may be an issue specific to 1.21.11, I see that the plugin version does not officially support 1.21.11... I didn't try any other versions. There were no errors in the console.

How can we reproduce this?

put the plugin on a paper 1.21.11 server and try to move a mob in a bucket
