Specifying incorrect or non-exist output names in solver.xml does not result in any warning

I noticed quite recently that if you specify output names in the solver input .xml file that don't exist, then there is no warning to the user. When the results files are visualized, the output field that you wanted to visualize does not exist. Do you think we should add some warning so that users are aware?

I discovered this in the context of running older EP simulations, where we recently had a name change from Action_potential to Membrane_potential.

@kko27 If the output name does not exist then the solver should throw an exception.
