Proposed Improvements

Firebase Authentication

• Implement user authentication (Login/Signup)
• Persist user sessions securely
• Display authenticated user details (name/email) in the sidebar

Real-Time Data Integration (Firebase)

• Connect dashboard and chat with Firebase Firestore / Realtime DB
• Enable real-time updates for:
• Chat messages
• Activity feed
• Dashboard stats

Real-Time Chat Notifications

• Display dynamic unread message count in sidebar
• Update badge instantly when new messages arrive
• Reset count when user opens chat

Sidebar Enhancements

• Show real user data (name + email instead of static values)
• Improve layout and spacing for better UX
• Add active state consistency across routes
• Enhance responsiveness for mobile and tablet

UI/UX Improvements

• Smooth transitions and animations for sidebar interactions
• Better visual hierarchy for navigation sections
• Consistent styling aligned with dashboard
