SOP V2 First public release

This is SOP V2's initial public release. Finally, after meticulous planning and rigorous implementation cycles, we have reached the production release line.

Highlights:

• First production grade release of SOP V2. An ACID, two phase commit, rich btree database engine in a code library.
• Support for standalone, embedded database mode was added. With sample AI application (Gemini LLM plugin & ("small")neural network local engine), see sop/ai package(the doctor!) for full code set.
• Support for Cassandra as registry backend with file system as btree nodes & large data pages (blobs) storage.
• Support for full file system as backend storage, with active/passive replication in the registry & (optional) Erasure Coding of the Btree nodes & data pages.
• Vector database, SOP V2 is well adept for use as Vector database. See ai package that will illustrate (in time) how to use SOP as a Vector & RAG databases.
• Vertical & Horizontal scaling are built-in, customizable via configurations.
• Portable/enterprise grade, master-less/distributed database design.
