What needs to be included on the Shamblr website?

Before we started working on the website we were hoping to get an overview from each team on what they would like to host/include on the shamblr website?

We're putting together a showcase of the project.

Ah, well you can build the outline of the site, but I don't know what we want to put on there yet because we haven't built anything to really show yet.

Yeah, it's still being planned. The biggest thing we need to know is whether anyone needs non-static assets.

Nope, our assets will be as static as it gets.

We're probably going to have some non static stuff depending on how we implement stuff. If we want to keep it on a cute github.io, we could try to do most of it in Javascript.
The color scheme for blog thing can just be a lookup if we precompute all the ones we have in our DB. The cat/dog basis for an image uploaded can probably be done in Javascript. Whatever other thing we choose can also be shoehorned into working here.

I'm not sure what you're doing. How much easier would it be if you had a database connected to the site?

Nevermind, that makes sense. We probably want something other than github.io just for the cat/dog basis.

Yeah, it might be easiest for Connor and I to figure out what to do for hosting ours offsite. I'm sure we'll figure it out.

Ahhh that's possible too. Wanna just throw it all in a django app? :)
