From 67ce4e6089abc21870ac1e01ca4469e16995c617 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Joris Neuteboom Date: Thu, 15 Oct 2026 16:14:35 +0200 Subject: [PATCH] ci: require the theme scaffold job, and apply the ruleset The live ruleset still had the original six checks: Changelog entry was added to the definition file in #85 but never applied, and Scaffold with the theme layer and build it (#79) was in neither.
