Idle rule does not work

The idle rule never worked - I checked it myself with a timer on my phone and according to statistics

The problem is the order of rules. The first rule in the list that is triggered is the one that applies the power plan.

In this case, it's the Startup Rule that is triggered. Even when the idle rule is triggered, it won't take effect.

To solve the problem, move the Startup Rule to the bottom of the list. Use the "Move Rule down" button when the rule is selected.

I didn't have a startup rule before, it didn't work anyway.
I just moved it and rechecked it for 15 seconds. A minute later, with all the windows closed, it still didn't work.

I rebooted the PC with the same settings, waited - it doesn't work

It would also be more convenient if the log was exported directly to .zip, not .7z - github won't let you attach it

The problem most likely is the checking of the execution state.
I can't guarantee this. But it's easy to test.

1. Verify the problem still exists with a short idle time and checking the execution state (optional)
2. Remove the checking of the execution state in the idle rule

If the rule now triggers, some process on your system set the execution state.
To get more information about it, use the command "powercfg /requests" in a terminal with elevated privileges.

It should give you something along those lines:

Here, chrome is running two video streams and forcing the screens to stay on. Which is done by setting the execution state.
If this is not the reason the idle rule doesn't trigger on your system, you can activate extended logging and after reproducing the issue, send the logs again.

Regarding the zip/7z issue:
The reason for the use of 7z is that you can encrypt the logs while exporting. This is barely supported with zip files in .net.
Though, I will change the format to be depended on encryption. If the user sets a password, I have to use 7z. If not, I will default to zip files.

Yes, this time the problem was really in the execution state, but it's strange why before that, when checking was disabled, it still didn't work.
But when performing powercfg /requests, there is nothing there except the audio driver (it says the same thing as in your log).
And I noticed another problem - this time a notification about a power change appeared in front of my eyes, but "triggered" is still 0, even after closing and reopening the window and after restarting the application.
