Move Repository to STARTcloud Organization

@JustinProminic requested that we move this repository to the STARTcloud organization (currently "prominic"). The new path will be:

I moved the repository. I updated the reference I found in the Prominic Wiki.

I would also like to update the reference in the package scripts the next time I release an update. I added this to the 0.0.10 milestone.
