Enhancement: Have CI add updates to pytrnsys into release notes.

As both User and a developer, I would like to see the changes between releases.
When the pytrnsys repo pushes for a new release, the updates in pytrnsys are not included in the release notes.
It would be nice to see the fixed issues of pytrnsys in the release notes of the GUI as well.
