As a User, I would like to be notified when the TES ddck needs to be re-exported.
As there are several reasons for this to happen, the timing should be specific.
My suggestion would be to give the User this info when the project is manually saved.
"Changes to TES have not been exported yet. Would you like to export them now?"
Otherwise, the following list of cases could each have its own MessageBox:
- changes in the TES interface that do not require new pipes.
- shifting port/hx locations
- name changes
- Changes to pipes connecting to the TES.
- Could pop up every time, which might be annoying when many changes are there.
- etc.
