Ship the launch-day documentation + marketing surface for R1. Eight content surfaces across the two doc repos — softclient4es-web (Astro/Starlight, canonical) and elasticsql (documentation/ Markdown mirror, per feedback_dual_docs_sync). Docs/marketing only — no production code.
Implemented via dependency-scheduled, per-story worktrees off release-r1; each story has its own draft PR per repo targeting release-r1.

Each story forward-declared cross-links to not-yet-merged sibling pages with visible pending markers (the per-story worktrees branch off release-r1, so a sibling's NEW page is only on its own unmerged branch). All pending markers and any bare 404 route MUST be wired live (or removed) once the sibling PRs merge onto release-r1. Story 17.8 owns the final launch-gate verification.
