Description
in the case that a cloud service doesnt persist file systems it would be nice for the cli to mange this
so you mantain a history of what has been copied and run on the server
and then if the runtime is different than before the cli can just restore the environment
this would be nice for when hitting the limit of google collab usage for example but wanting to persist
