Negative Assertions #8
Description
The thing I most miss from other testing frameworks when using Deno Test is the lack of negative assertions. Things like:
assertNot (you have covered this with assertFalse - but sometimes assertNot is more explicit)
assertNotContains
assertNotSame
assertNotEmpty
