Feature: Target Kerbol #856
Description
My real goal here is to be able to orient my solar panels. I think that, specifically, would be too "smart" for the flight computer. However, if I could target Kerbol, then I could use the existing RAD+/RAD- attitudes as long as my solar panels are on top or bottom of my ship.
