Two modes:
- Hold button X to open a different chat wheel
- Press button X to cycle to the next chat wheel
Due to using binds, it would NOT work with per-hero bindings!
This could be configured via ChatLane, and generate a new cfg file which can be loaded in autoexec.cfg
