Ability to pull various luarocks modules directly and automatically with redfetch

some folks end up with numerous issues with luarocks packman/lsqlite3 and not be able to use resources because they can't get the download to work.

it might be worth considering some very frequently used packages be autodownloaded with redfetch

just hook up redfetch to call luarocks.exe

edit: Am wondering what the difference would be though, since all luarocks.exe is supposed to be doing is downloading the package from the package repo
