Using the pump on a natural oil well pumps oil until the pump trunk reaches the bottom of the well, but doesn't collect all the source blocks within the well as per the attached images. There are clearly source blocks underground in the 'main' part of the well, but these aren't being detected and pumped. Moving a source block directly below the pump trunk with a bucket doesn't rectify the issue either.
This issue has occurred with two separate oil wells.
Chunks are loaded using FTB Chunks.
Steps to reproduce
Place a pump at the top (which appears above ground) of an oil well, wait until no oil is being pumped.
Check the bottom of the well.
Even moving oil with a bucket doesn't seem to reset the pump.
