Self-explanatory, one thing to pay attention to:

• name and description use the RTX identifiers. They look like 4-char strings but are secretly integers. We can already handle these in the existing RTX code.

Expected result:

• have a list/dictionary somewhere of all possible items, indexed by their ID.
• Referred data (3d model/bitmap/RTX) are accessible from this list
