Missing images from password reset email.

Description:
Password reset emails have broken images that do not render.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to https://www.quote.vote/auth/forgot
2. Provide an existing email address and submit the form.
3. Check your inbox and look for the email subject "Reset your password for Quote"

Expected Behavior:

When the email is received, the following images should be displayed:

1. <img src=3Dhttps://www.quote.vote//email-images/QuoteIcon=
   .png /> to https://www.quote.vote/email-images/QuoteIcon.png

2. <img src=3Dhttps://www.quote.vote//email-images/password-re=set-banner.png /> to https://www.quote.vote/email-images/password-reset-banner.png
