fix(web): give Take and Build from Fusion distinct outcomes

Take loads the chosen answer into the composer for editing. Build from
Fusion sends the fused answer immediately as an implementation brief for
the session. Previously Take copied to the clipboard and Build loaded the
composer, which read as the same action.
