fix(web): address review findings on the design port

- resolveDetachableTask matches a task keyed by the tool call id as well
  as by parent, so a direct-id task no longer reads as "unknown".
- The question card's free-text input keeps a minimum width next to a
  long Other description.
- The Bash row's "to background" control uses the shared IconButton with
  the same invisible touch inset as the Agent card.
- The async-load failure panel offers a close control through an
  injected closer; the sidebar provides it for the design-system overlay.
- currentcolor keyword case for the new selection tokens.
