feat(web): port copy menu teleport and keyboard focus behavior
The agent detail panel's copy menu now teleports to body, opens from the trigger with ArrowUp/ArrowDown, cycles items with wrap-around arrows, and closes on focusout leaving the trigger/menu pair — matching the reference client's menu interaction.
