Useless trailing whitespace added

There should be a whitespace after the opening triple double quotes under two conditions:

• docformatter is passed the --black option and the first character of the summary is a double quote.
• docformatter is passed the --pre-summary-space option.

The summary should also be on the same line as the opening triple double quotes unless passed the --pre-summary-newline option, but there should be NO space after the opening quotes. Not sure if that option was passed in this example, but I'd assume so since the summary is on it's own line.

The reported problem can't be reproduced on the master branch, but PR #322 adds three tests to ensure trailing whitespace doesn't reappear in future releases.
