Meeting times are converted to a user's local time zone where they should be shown in Eastern #3
Converting section meeting times to a user's local time is confusing when the user is planning a schedule to be used when attending classes on Purdue's campus.
The front end should be showing meeting times in the campus' native time zone (Eastern for Purdue West Lafayette).
A permanent fix would require storing the time zone of each campus and using that for storing and displaying times.
A workaround is to hard-code displayed times to Eastern time.
