I don't know how to upload my corpora, nor anything, even the tour doesn't seem to work, i was hoping to find a good website to train my neural machine translation models....

The instance at UAB and others have been working with not major issues. Where you trying to install on your own server? Beware, this is an educational tool, not a website to train full neural machine translation models.
