Config UI: Temperature param always set to 0.7

Describe the bug
In the config creation pane, temperature params alsways set to 0.7 even after changing it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Prompt Editor'
2. Go to 'Configuration' pane
3. Change temperature slider
4. See in the 'Config' listing

Expected behavior
Temperature should not be auto set to 0.7

Additional context
React useState using stale (default) state of temperature to 0.7.
