[GSSoC '26] [FEAT]: Add Canvas-Confetti Animation Trigger Upon Goal Completion

✨ Feature Description

Currently, when a developer reaches or exceeds their target metric within the GoalTracker widget, the progress bar updates but lacks an engaging reward mechanism. I would like to propose integrating a lightweight confetti animation burst (using canvas-confetti) that triggers immediately when goal.current >= goal.target.

Adding delightful micro-interactions and gamification elements significantly boosts user engagement and retention. It makes tracking coding milestones and PR metrics feel rewarding and polished.
