[FEAT] Add Back to Top button for improved navigation

Feature Request

Add a reusable "Back to Top" button to improve navigation and user experience across long pages of the website.

Current behavior

Users need to manually scroll back to the top after navigating through long sections/pages.

Expected behavior

A floating Back to Top button should:

• Appear after scrolling down
• Smoothly scroll the user to the top when clicked
• Remain responsive across devices

Suggested implementation

Add a floating button at the bottom-right corner

• Use smooth scrolling behavior
• Show/hide button based on scroll position
• Ensure responsive styling

Benefits

• Better navigation experience
• Improved accessibility and usability
• Cleaner user interaction on long pages
