Add a message on new pull request to educate about the work to be done to merge it #6
Description
When a pull request is created, is it possible to use a bot to add a message like this:
Hello, thank you for your pull request. Now, let's take the time to review it together, to be sure that this code can be executed on hundred of thousands shops around the world. Let's work on eventual improvements, and then merge it for the benefit of all users
Of course, this message is just a proposal. The purpose is that developers who open a pull request have in mind that this is just the beginning of something that they will have to finish, in order to transform it from a "it works on my shop(s)" to "it works on all shops updated to the next version"
