Set custom defaults for various theme options

Currently, the theme uses Infinity's default settings.

We need to set various settings to better resemble older cbox-theme.

ie. Sidebar Position = right, whereas cbox-theme uses left

This issue was created to track those changes.

The sidebar position has been changed in Infinity core. I intended for the default to be 'left', but my local option setting was preempting the default.

Going to leave this issue open, assuming there will be more of these.
