`preview` command failing locally for `QuickSearchForm` on `pdap.io`

The QuickSearchForm submit method is failing locally when I run build and preview (not with regular dev server). I think I understand why from the console output, and can raise follow-up PRs to design-system and pdap.io to fix.

Also let's check data-sources and make sure that we're not running into the same issue there.
