[Feature] Add a confirm dialog on availability/creation submit

Confirm dialog to tell the user that they must use the same device to edit their availability later

Same thing for the gathering creation, update the gathering confirmation form with similar language

In the future we can make a link here for them to write down that will let them edit it from another device (somehow)
