Specifically, 1223388, the Midnight version of the skinning skill Sharpen your knife. The Khaz Algar version, 440977 seems to work just fine.
When the drawer opens, 1223388 can be moused over and provides the right info, it just cannot be pressed/clicked. This occurs regardless of it's location in the list.
Also checked, "/use" instead of "/cast" and "spell=" instead of "spell:" within the macro. Which obviously didn't work.
