NEO sent to wallet not showing up on wallet even after 5days

I have transferred neo from bittrex to neowallet.cn, I havent received the coin in my wallet. However I do see the coin in blockchain residing in the neowallet receiver address. Its been 5days that I transferred but wont show up in the wallet. Have another friend facing the same issue.

I do see the wallet is sync'd 100% but still dont see the coin in wallet.

Any help is appreciated.
