Disable mob gen of Critters and Companions and provide players ways to obtain its spawn eggs

Why should this feature be added/changed/removed?
This mod is notorious for massively taking up passive mob gen from other mobs, mainly vanilla mobs. All mods that add their own mobs to the game do this to a reasonable extent, but Critters and Companions is exceptionally bad. Its dragonflies, otters, and ferrets are the worst. Tinkering with spawn rate barely helps.

Some screenshots are attached in these issues, and I'd say the real situation is usually far worse than what's portrayed there.
That said, I do respect its art style and cuteness and all that. That's why I think disabling its mob gen entirely and give players way to obtain spawn eggs is also a good idea.
