Test suite TODO

At the moment, I consider the test suite to be around 85% feature complete. Features left to add are:

• Network import tests with multiple input arguments
• Hybrid tests with multiple input arguments for a neural network. This should be tested for each hybridization case
• Turn repository into a Julia repository, with CI and test-suite.
• Move repository to PEtab organisation.

@dilpath feel free to add anything you might think is missing.

Ja, I meant the PEtab SciML Python package. Even if the more advanced linting logic ends up in libpetab-python, I think the user workflow will be to access it via the PEtab SciML Python package.
