Using Magento 2.2.2 Commerce. I added the PCAPredict pacage with composer, no problem.
The setup:upgrade fails with error:

Element 'resource': The attribute 'title' is required but missing.

I have tried to remove the module using composer, then running setup:upgrade again. This works.
