Add 'stop_cycle' parameter to SynBB, MaxSum and GDBA #19
Description
SyncBB, MaxSum and GDBA are synchronous algorithms and already report the number of cycles.
They should also support the stop_cycle parameter, as DSA, MGM and MGM2.
