Propinquity fails with ott3.1 and ott3.2

The problem is that propinquity depends on files like about.json that are no longer provided, and files like conflicts.tsv that are only in the debug archive.

Has there been a fix for this? I'm trying to use the newest versions of OTT but they most recent usable version is currently 3.0 since that is the last version I've found that includes about.json

Sorry. I'm not sure if it has been fixed, but you can run touch conflicts.tsv in the OTT directory to create an empty file as a workaround.

conflicts.tsv
about.json
deprecated.tsv
