Update mapped taxa

I think there is an issue for this in another repo - but I can't find it. A sweep over phylesystem should also correct tips mapped to synonomized/deprecated ids, because tree download of those mapped trees do not play nicely with the current taxonomy or synth tree, when compared based on ottids (e.g. https://github.com/OpenTreeOfLife/otcetera/issues/61)
