[BUG] Steam game delay display

Describe the bug

When I launch Steam, the game delay is displayed and it takes a while to load. However, accessing GitHub is normal

Steps to reproduce

This issue has been present in recent versions

Expected behavior

The game will be displayed normally during the startup meeting

Actual behavior

The game delay is displayed, and it will take a while to load

I've also encountered this problem; I need to restart frequently for the game to appear, and Denuvo DRM also works.

Yes, this issue does exist, and it is my fault that I did not mention it clearly in the README.md.

This delay is caused by the current license injecting implementation.If the added games already have appinfo cache, the startup delay should usually be within about 1 minute. However, if there are many newly added games without appinfo cache, Steam needs more time to load them, and the delay will become longer depending on the number of added games.

I will try to optimize it in future versions.
