Disable cloud sync. Not supported in non owned games yet.

That was the only reason I didn't switch from ST to OpenST. This cloud-related error drives me crazy. If they could fix it by enabling local saving and getting rid of this annoyance, I'd already be using OpenST.

you could toggle off steam cloud in that game properties or directly in the settings if the notification bother you.
