[IDEA] Enhance server landing webpage

It may be beneficial if there were information about where to get a launcher for the Admin console on the landing page at localhost:8080. It could make a difference to how easy the out-of-the-box experience is.

I think this should be a link to a documentation page, and not a direct link. The reason we removed the download link to NG's launcher is because we are not currently promoting a specific tool, and we don't want to hard-code it into the web interface since the tool landscape is evolving.

That sounds sensible. Perhaps even just a link to the README file.
