Conversation Error: Conversation Error Code: MissingStyle Detail: Failed to get style

This error happened to Anthony Tomasic on CLI 1.16 + OpenHands SDK v1.21.0 and to me (@juanmichelini) on CLI 1.14.0 + OpenHands SDK v1.16.1

I'm creating an issue in the sdk repo because both errors appear on 24 hours, and at least mine have been working fine for a while with no updates.

Might be related to recent LiteLLM infra version upgrade.
